• All content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to AutoRide.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from AutoRide.

• AutoRide is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service.
• AutoRide’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you within the last 6 months.

AutoRide reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website.

• We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
• You may stop using our Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
